Turning a Liability into a Design Benefit

Presented by Jan Johnsen

Designing and siting a swimming pool on a sloped site is a challenge but we can use slopes and grade changes to our advantage. I will talk about the many design solutions that are available to enhance a swimming pool setting on a slope. Wall and step details will be shown. Before and After photos will be included. Dimensions and furniture requirements are addressed as well as material selections.  I will start with a brief review of my previous pool powerpoint to refresh the viewers memory.
